At Pet Life, we want your furry friend to look their best, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn pet apparel. If the fit isn't perfect or the style isn't right, we are here to make it right with a hassle-free process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is free of pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund or new size has been processed.
